Kirk Franklin
Franklin was born in Fort Worth, Texas. He was raised by his old aunt
since the age of three after he was abandoned by his teenage mother.
He started showing his musical talent in childhood, and he already started
writing, arranging, and re-arrainging church songs at the age of eleven.
Although he started rebelling in his teenage, he realized he should go back to the his music career for the Lord after one of his friends was shot and killed at age fifteen.
In late 1990s, Franklin made a revolution in music industry by becoming a superstar in both gospel music and non-Christian pop music.
