Diary
of a Psalmist
Marvin Sapp
Verity
Release Date:July 1, 2003
CD Length: 71'05"
This is the fifth solo album by a
former member of the Commissioned. Comparing to his previous releases,
this is more of a praise & worship album with Sapp leading the choir
and the audience spiritually.
The songs include very emotional "You are God
alone" and "Hallelujah" as well as a worship medley of
"I worship You Almighty God", "There is none like You",
and "There's something about that Name". Sapp also covers
"Above All", written by Lenny LeBlanc and Paul Baloche and
also made famous by Michael W. Smith.
