Great book!
I've been leading worship for several years and found this to be a great resource.
The only drawback I found was that it was a little on the conservative side of worship. If you are in a church where contemporary worship dominates, you might find this not quite to your liking.
Great foundational material and would be a good introductory book for a new worship team.
