1 out of 5 stars Don't bother with this "tuner"   December 26, 2005

To put it simply, this tuner doesn't work at all. I had my guitar in nearly perfect tune before I tested it out with the Qwik Tuner. The tuner told me that every note was off. So I tuned it so the tuner registered all the strings as "in tune." I would then play simple chords, and they all sounded absolutely horrible. There are far better options out there for the same price. Save your time and money, and get a KORG tuner. You will be spending an extra few dollars, but you'll be much happier.

4 out of 5 stars Handy Little Tuner and a Good Deal   April 30, 2005

This tuner is palm size, and easy to work with. Simply strum or hit a key. The tuner marks which key you are in and the gauge line moves to either the red out of tune lights or the green in tune light. Tune the instrument until the tone activates the green light on the tuner,

This tuner also has a built in pitch pipe for instruments so out of tune you don't know where to start.

If you are looking for a tuner for strings, always get one with a pitch pipe.
