Product Description The Carlo Robelli Carlo three quarter size acoustic guitar package is the perfect package for any one looking to start playing guitar but have trouble with the larger body styles of today's dreadnought and jumbo acoustic guitars. This guitar is a great sounding three quarter size acoustic that features an all-wood construction with a solid top and a rosewood fingerboard. This Carlo Robelli guitar also provides a thinner neck profile for smaller hands. You also receive a matching gigbag, guitar strap, strings and picks in this quality package.

Great value! March 29, 2008 Excellent student guitar. The kit has everything you need - picks, extra strings, and a really nice case - so you don't have to go hunting for accessories, just tune and play. The size (3/4) is perfect for 8- to 12-year-old kids (don't bother with 1/2 size) and can even be comfortably used by adults with smaller hands. Overall - a great value.
Gift gone bad January 15, 2008 This item was for my 12 year old son for Christmas. When he opened it, the neck of the guitar was broken in two. Bummer that we found Christmas morning, but called Amazon the following day and they immediately sent out a new one within 2 days.
This one came with 2 strings broken. Weird that more people aren't complaining about defects... Maybe it's because it was the holidays and the quality inspection was overlooked?? Luckily, broken strings are easily fixed. Needless to say, the string quality isn't the best and needs upgrading. I would grade it less than 3 stars (low quality); however, my son absolutely loves the look and the size. He would generously give it 5 stars.
Well worth it !! January 8, 2008 Very nice for the price...came strung, with a second set of strings included, and some picks. Nice action "right out-of-the-box" without any adjustments needed. Sounds "small and thin" only if you play it back-to-back with your full-size. I am very pleased with this, as it will be my travel guitar, and sounds MUCH better then the more expensive travel guitars I have purchased and returned in the past. Comes with backpacker style straps to facilitate walking, and measures under the airline restrictions for instruments. Surprised and happy am I...
Great kids guitar January 2, 2008 A great first guitar for kids. My daughter is 9, and the size is perfect. The narrower neck makes it possible for her to play all basis chords comfortably. Although it's an acoustic guitar and not a classical, which means the strings are all steel (no nylon), she has no trouble pressing the strings down cleanly. The sound is good as long as it's played relatively softly, so she can strum away all she wants (but dad has to play with restraint). A great value, it really gives her the feeling of playing a real guitar, not a toy.
An "OK" Guitar December 21, 2007 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
I have been playing guitar for about 4 years and have had experience with many brands from low to high end instruments. When i ordered this guitar i wasn't expecting much nor was i surprised when i finally got my hands on it. After months of using this guitar i can say that it is decent at best for the following reasons:
-The intonation on every fret is horrible. -It doesn't stay in tune well. -Feels like a toy(Cheaply made but i have seen far worse.) -Small fretboard(I don't say this because i have larger hands but because the high E string tends to slide to the side of the fretboard ALOT when playing)
Overall
-Great gift for a kid or someone thats not serious about guitar. -Bad intonation almost makes it unplayable. -Easy to travel with because it is small and lightweight(You can just whip it out and start jamming) -Cheaply made -Great bundle (Comes with everything you need to play)
I am a person that likes to read reviews and research a product before i buy it, but there was little to no information about the quality of this instrument so i understood that i was taking a gamble. An ok guitar but i wouldn't take it with me to a gig or anything. It would be good for jamming at home but the bad intonation makes playing painful to the ears.
