 Enjoyable music from start to finish November 11, 2007
I bought this based on strength of the CD. The band is superb and Rance Allen is consistent throughout the disc. You get to see the effect of his very dance-oriented music ministry on a live audience. Good cameos from Kirk Franklin, and Fred Hammond and his brothers provide ample support, but it is truly the "Rance Allen" experience.
Any downside, is that visually, other than Rance there is not much going on onstage. The band stays in the background (playing incredibly well), but for such a dance-heavy repetoire there is very little coordinated movement on the part of his backup singers - especially his brothers who share the stage with Rance. They sound fine, just not much to watch since they aren't moving together.
That aside, however, I've watched this DVD over and over many times and it was well worth the purchase.

I "CAN'T HELP MYSELF", I must say that I truly enjoyed being part of the "LIVE EXPERIENCE" Concert performed by none other than RANCE ALLEN, featuring other Great Gifts to Gospel. This "LIVE EXPERIENCE" has left me feeling overwhelmingly joyful. To hear, see and feel the beauty of God's Grace through song just "MAKE ME WANNA DANCE". This magnificent experience has led me to express wholeheartedly the meaning of the words song by this GREAT ARTIST.
"IF I COULD MAKE THE WORLD A BETTER PLACE", I would go "ALL THE WAY" back and just "LOOK AROUND" and "SAY YES". "TO THE OTHER MAN", "I KNOW A MAN WHO" is "GONNA MAKE IT ALRIGHT".
You see, "THERE IS NO NEED OF CRYING", because the Lord is always supplying. If we abide, he will provide, every time a "REASON TO SURVIVE." "I'M A LIVING WITNESS" and truly believe that if we would just "HOLD ON", "SMILE" and "CEASE FIRE" we can stop the hatred and began to heal the "HEARTACHES".
Now the time has come, we have "GOT TO BE READY" and must remain forever steady. Men of every kind, these are the signs, so let's strive to having once again that desired "PEACE OF MIND".
On the strength of our daily prayer: Dear Lord, "THE SWEETEST NAME", "YOU'RE MY EVERYTHING", "MIRACLE WORKER" and "PREACHER MAN". "YOU'RE THE JOY IN MY SOUL", "I BELONG TO YOU", "STAY WITH ME" because "I GIVE MY ALL TO YOU".
Again Lord, "DO YOUR WILL", and "GOD BLESS AMERICA".......
"AND THAT WILL BE GOOD ENOUGH FOR ME".......

HEY, I JUST WATCHED THIS DVD THE OTHER NIGHT AND I WAS ABSOLUTELY AMAZED BY THE SOUND OF THE LEAD SINGER'S VOICE. THE BIG GUY CAN "SANG" HIS BUTT OFF. THIS DVD IS ABSOLUTE ONE OF THE BEST GOSPEL MUSIC DVDS THAT I HAVE EVER WATCHED AND IF YOU LOVE GOSPEL, YOU WOULD LOVE THIS DVD..TRUST ME..I WILL NOT STIR YOU WRONG!
RUN..DON'T WALK..RUN AND GET THIS DVD, TODAY!
