1 out of 5 stars I prayed and prayed and they took my house away.   August 20, 2008

This book promised I could use prayer to destroy my enemies. I mean, God's enemies. Whoever aint on my side. With me, I mean God, or against me right? Eye for an eye!

So I bought the book. I bought all her books. I bought everything i could buy! I prayed my little butt off. Even the amazon tag said it would it would, and I quote "break strongholds over your city".

So, after i was sure I had read it right, I stopped paying my property taxes. Bible says give to Caesar what is his but hey this guys name was Rusty Shackleford from the City. I says well buddy you aint Caesar! And I summoned up all the energy i had learned in this here book and went to shoot a lightning bolt outta me eyes at this man and destroy him with holy ghost power and....poof! Nothing happened. Jack Squat. He said something about needing medication and ran away. I may not have fried him, but I scared the sinner right out of him!! Take that. Back to reading, I want to destroy some people.

Next day, police show up. I warned them and warned them that i was highly trained in Militant Intercession, I had the book, and would blow them to smithereens with my holy lasers if they take the devil's side and make me pay taxes. The advanced on me, but with the power of the son inside of me, I cast a spell and summoned hordes of holy angels to do battle against these mortal sinners!!! I said they take one more step towards me and they are FORSAKEN the WORD of GOD! Only i could see these angels and they flung thier rightous arrows at mine enemies! But the enemy has the Devil's armor and the arrows did nothing!! They took me away, took my home, they give me these pills twice a day and still I havent been able to destroy a single one since I been locked up in the place and oh crap i gotta go see i been using the computers with the leftover time by sneaking into Kinkos and this one manager lady i know she's the devil oh snap gtg here she comes dont buy this book it cost me everything the angels dont really destroy anything oh oh hey lady go away i will summon locusts on you what do you mean you calling the police i got warrants lady!! Ala-kazaaam!! Holy missiles!! The power of Christ compells you!!!

5 out of 5 stars Great for small group!   June 23, 2008

This is a good book on prayer and lends itself well to a small group study. It's well written and full of interesting approaches to prayer. It also defines a lot of common terms that many of us find confusing - standing in agreement, binding and loosening, bringing down strongholds, etc. Overall, a good book to keep and study.

this is a book written and read by those zealots with closed minds and loud mouths. shut up and let people think freely. hatred is learned behavior and this book among many others of the sort are an outright attack on human nature. don't believe in any "god's" teaching. look at our world for yourself.

This book really opens your eyes and introduces one to the realm of intercession. It is straightforward, simple, and well-put-together.
