I haven't finished reading it yet, but it's an excellent book. It arrived in perfect condition in a timely manner.
 Great Biblical instruction for a select group October 19, 2008
The book is an easy, pleasant read with wonderful Biblical instruction. However, if you do not fit specifically into the category of woman that this book is geared toward, you may not see the whole point of it. The book doesn't fully allow for the fact that God created human kind to serve Him in ALL that we do, i.e., the book focuses on how women can best serve God by working at home. And that's okay, you just need to know that before reading it.
I purchased copies for friends in my Bible Study at church and they too enjoyed it to some degree. Overall, I would recommend this read to garner a different perspective from the world around us.

Practical wisdom from Scripture August 31, 2008
This book was very helpful at fleshing out Titus 2. The only thing I regretted was that it wasn't longer! It was very practical and my husband even noticed positive changes in our marriage. Highly recommended. Would make a great gift for a bride-to-be...I sure wish I had read it before I was married - it would have gotten me on a good start from the beginning.

After reading quite a few books on biblical femininity, Feminine Appeal is the best I have ever encountered. Mahaney faithfully explained what real Godly womanhood is and supported every major point with multiple, soundly-interpreted Words of God. As opposed to some other books that incorporates the cultural image of housewives, Mahaney actually focused on the Truth, and not on her own convictions. I highly recommend this book for women who wishes to grow in Godliness.
