This book is one that you will want to have by your side at all times. It is not likely one you will read and then put away. The information is a great aid for a powerful prayer. You can have it with you anywhere and bring a scripture out to focus on at any given time if you cannot recall one. It's a wonderful tool to go along with my Bible.

This is a fatastic book for anyone who loves the Lord and wants help in expressing what your heart is feeling towards God. The prayers that are really scriptures are so real - they come right from the heart of God and His Word. I have found that this book brings me great inspiration and highly recommend it.

I am facilitating a women's Sunday School Class and we are using this book. As usual, Beth Moore writes in a style unlike any other Christian woman I've read. She explains what a stronghold is and then teaches how to tackle fourteen strongholds with a teaching on each, followed by lots of great portions of scripture written in a way for the reader to personalize, believe and own for themselves. The ladies in our class are discovering new freedom in their lives as they apply the truth of God's Word to any life issue which chokes out the life we are meant to have in Jesus Christ. A great addition to your own personal library-even better to use with a friend or small group.

Ms. Moore is a fabulous teacher and the lessons in this masterpiece are extraordinary evidence of this. Her use of applying verbatim scripture to every day strong holds placed in our path by the enemy are awakening and awesome.
